Terms of Service

Plain-English summary: HyveFlow is order-management software for custom-apparel shops. You own your data and your customers' data; we just process it to run the service. It's early-access software provided "as is." Be reasonable, and we will be too.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," the "Shop") and HyveFlow ("HyveFlow," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using HyveFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
HyveFlow is a software-as-a-service platform that helps custom-apparel businesses manage orders — intake, deposits, proofs, team rosters, invoicing, and integrations with tools like QuickBooks and Google Drive. Features may change, improve, or be removed as the product evolves.
3. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for your team members' use of the service.
- You must be able to form a binding contract and use HyveFlow only for lawful business purposes.
4. Your data
You own your data. That includes your business information and the information you enter or upload — orders, customers, rosters, proofs, and related records ("Your Data"), including personal information about your customers. You grant HyveFlow a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to submit Your Data and for your own compliance with privacy laws that apply to you. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use HyveFlow to violate any law or third party's rights; (b) upload malware or attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service or its security; (c) reverse-engineer or resell the service except as permitted; (d) send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages through the service; or (e) use the service to store or transmit content you have no right to.
6. Third-party services
HyveFlow connects to third-party services you choose to enable — for example QuickBooks (Intuit), Google, and email delivery. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you authorize HyveFlow to access them on your behalf. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their changes.
7. Fees & billing
During early access, HyveFlow may be provided free of charge. Paid plans and pricing will be presented before any charge applies, and you may cancel before a paid term begins. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Early-access & availability
HyveFlow is early-access software under active development. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or make changes at any time. Keep your own copies of critical data; a data export is available on request.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyveFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to HyveFlow in the three months before the claim, or US $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify HyveFlow against claims, damages, and expenses arising from Your Data, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using HyveFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of Your Data, and we may delete Your Data after a reasonable period.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
